Come Home to
Yourself
A four-week coaching salon for women with ADHD or AuDHD
Are you ready to move beyond shame, reconnect with your strengths, and build a life that flows more fully?
Do you feel like you are always trying harder, hiding your struggles, and wondering why life seems easier for everyone else?
The ADHD Salon is a place to finally exhale.
This intimate four-week online experience is designed for adult women with ADHD (or ADHD-like traits) who are ready to replace shame and self-doubt with self-understanding, self-compassion, and self-trust.
What Becomes Possible…
Through a blend of coaching, meaningful conversation, ADHD education, and body doubling, you’ll gain practical strategies to work with your unique brain type.
Together, we’ll explore the emotional and neurological realities of ADHD, uncover your strengths, reconnect with your values, and create personalized approaches that allow less friction and more ease in your life.
You’ll leave with hope, a supportive community, greater confidence, and a deeper understanding of yourself.
Upcoming Session:
November 2 - November 23, 2026
Mondays from 4PM - 5:45 PM PST
+ Body Double Sessions (dates/times TBD)
Online via Zoom
Cost: $259
If you would like to discuss The ADHD Salon and have any questions, I would be happy to schedule a 15-minute call with you to answer questions and help you decide if this is the next right step.
Hope to see you there!
When you stop believing you’re broken and start understanding how your brain works, everything begins to change.
“I have a different idea about how to go about doing things I need to do, and how to reward and keep motivating myself.”
“I did not know how much I needed this group and did not expect it to have such a tremendous impact on myself, my self-esteem, and confidence.”
“This was a shockingly therapeutic experience for me - and continues to be even after it ended! Tracy made me feel at ease to share in a group setting, which I normally do not like, and the connection with others who ‘get it’ was so incredibly beneficial for me.”
“I now have confidence in who I am and how my life works for me and incredible feelings of belonging and understanding.”
